Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, KIKICHIC is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
We do not charge your card until your order is ready for shipment. Pending charges may immediately appear on your credit card statement as a mode of verifying your account. However, your card is only charged when your order is ready for shipment. In the event that you cancel an order or an item becomes unavailable, the pending amount will disappear or be reduced accordingly. (Please note that the time for pending charge removal or adjustment can be longer for debit cards.)
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS UNAVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee availability of products. If the item ordered becomes unavailable or delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail. We never charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship, and we do not bill you for items that are not available. A pending amount may appear on your statement immediately after placing your order as a measure to authorize your card. However, the amount will not be processed until the time of shipment; any pending amount will disappear shortly after order placement.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 24 hours of when you place your order.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
KIKICHIC was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT KIKICHIC?
We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by SagePay. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases.

- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt and must be sent prepaid.

- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
